General Elections will be held 20 May in the Cayman Islands next year.

Supervisor of Elections Kearney Gomez released the proposed timetable Wednesday after Governor Stuart Jack signed off on it Tuesday.

People who are already on the Register of Electors are eligible to vote in the General Elections. People not yet registered, but who meet voter qualifications, must register in time to be included on the Register of Electors, which comes into force on 1 April, 2009.
