Then again a head start is better than no Head start.... so H.E. Stuart Jack is saying that....

In a major announcement, H.E the Governor Stuart Jack said Cabinet would adopt five legislative changes, and the Civil Service two more regulatory initiatives, recommended in March by the Commission of Enquiry.

Almost simultaneously, Mr Jack released a summary of his concerns regarding the Auditor General’s recent censure of prolonged holdups in annual government financial filings, saying “present delays in finalising those statements cannot be allowed to continue”.
