| Bridger abused process CNS): Quashing the search warrants against Justice Alexander Henderson and granting relief to the application Sir Peter Cresswell accused Martin Bridger, Senior Investigating Officer in Operation Tempura, of taking a fishing trip in waters he should never have been allowed to entre. Police in Cayman has taken things way too far which might have some serious repercussions in Cayman Islands... The case with Mr. Alexander Henderson will go down in the History books of our Beloved Cayman Islands as an, "Enormous Error" in the investigations of Curruption in Cayman Islands. ... "After conducting a Judicial Review into the lawfulness or otherwise of warrants to search Justice Alex Henderson’s home and office last month, Sir Peter Cresswell said in a judgment issued Wednesday he had no hesitation in granting the relief sought by Mr. Henderson’s application to the court". | I am thinking that the seriousness of this investigation might just do another number on Cayman yes... It was obvious that the search was not valid and the "arrest" was detrimental in the way of a Defamed character of the Judge, Alexander Henderson.
The Police Officers with the Search Warrants was not all together Truthful to Mr. Ebanks with their testimonies to collect and have them signed by Mr. Ebanks the J.P. to do the searching either. |
